It makes it hard to merely enjoy your world as it is.

What is there to change, really?

Can all that is in your world be enjoyed for what it is in the moment, even if it is not pleasant?

The pleasure of the moment lies in letting go.

The construct you have around the activities of your life create stress and anxiety because there is an expected outcome made up in your mind.

It is time to let go o the plan to change the world as you know it and transform your relationship with yourself first.

The deeper you go the more vast you will find the pool of wisdom.

I am asked all the time, “So how do I go deeper?”

The answer lies in the simplicity of your practice.

Create a practice of quiet connection time with yourself for twenty minutes a day.

You will soon see that these minutes add up.

You will get to know yourself on a deeper and more profound level.

You will appreciate and love this time with a beautiful human being.
