“The present moment is filled with joy and happiness. If you are attentive, you will see it.”  Thich Nhat Hanh

The busy life you have is a delusional construct of a mind gone wild.

Your mind decides that to be busy is a perfect way to avoid what is facing you in the moment and the perfect way to presumably make others happy.

Then you get to live in the fast lane avoiding the pain or the joy, whatever is to be brought forward now.

When you bring mindful action into your day you become aware of your thoughts, your feelings, your words and your actions.

When you become present to yourself you are more able to make choices that suit you for the experience at hand.

Being aware of how you are from the inside out brings forward your intuitive skills and knowing, such that you demonstrate vision beyond where you have previously seen.

This is only valuable if you wish to honor who you are.

Mindful action respects the relationships you are in because when you are present, all aspects of you show up to participate.

You have the ability to be present, to experience the moment and to act in accordance with your essence. This serves you and all others.

The satisfaction of your life is fully revealed in mindful action. You see all aspects of your inner and outer life.

This is who you are.
