Let’s face it there are times, and this holiday season is one of them, when you have just had enough! It feels like all your systems are clogged up with stuff. Enough traffic.

Enough stress.

Enough of things going off the rails when you just don’t have time for it.

Enough of the talker in your circle talking on and on about things that have little importance to your life.

I’ve had enough with hackers who have placed malicious malware on some of my web sites. Ugh!

You feel paralyzed by the clogs in your mind, your emotions and your body.

Let’s apply some full clog destroyer to get things moving again.

 

Here are some ideas:

First: Go for  a workout. Go to the gym, take a walk or beat up a pillow. Do something to release the pent up energy.

 

Second: Breathe deeply into your abdomen. Breathe in and hold for a count of four. Let the breath out slowly. Repeat four times.

 

Third: Read the list of your dreams for the coming year. What is your number one? Imagine taking the next step that will make it real and the step is easy. It is like you are swimming and it feels good.

 

Four: Look at yourself in the mirror and congratulate yourself for being the person you know you are.

You have everything you need within you. Whatever help you need, you will ask for or it will show up.

 

Five: Be intentional about your day. Really focus with awareness on what is next for you. Don’t take the day for granted. It has been given to you as a gift. Use it with insight and heart connection.

Feel the release. The full clog destroyer has done its work.

 

This is who you are.
